While you will be a "Referral Only Agent" you still must maintain an active Florida real estate license to receive referral fees. This means that you still have to do continue education and pay license renewal fees. MREC charges a $100 administrative fee annually to all MREC Referral Agents.
Since you will no longer be a member of NAR or FAR, you can no longer identify yourself as a Realtor. You cannot list or sell any property or participate in advising clients, negotiation offers, showing property or preparing documents. You will be acting as a Referral Agent only. Any activities to the contrary will result in immediate dismissal from MREC.
